Background History
The University of Computer Studies (Taunggyi) is situated in the Southern Shan State, Myanmar. The Government Computer College (Taunggyi) was established on August 15 in 2000, which was upgraded to University of Computer Studies (Taunggyi)on 20th January 2007.
Location and Area
University of Computer Studies (Taunggyi) is situated on the west of the Union Road from Taunggyi to Hopone . It is four miles far from the Capital city, Taunggyi. The total area of the University of Computer (Taunggyi) is 215 acres.
Aims and Objectives
- To produce qualified and outstanding ICT professionals for Shan state, Myanmar, Regions
- To give support to human resource development
- To get development in every region and to have a chance to learn advanced technology without any gap between urban and rural (or) state and division.
